Meg (Serenity Meg) spent her youth in New Jersey and hiking the nearby mountains and trails. She developed a deep wonder for the magic of creation. With a curious heart and a creative imagination, Meg was encouraged and supported to express herself artistically. Realizing at a young age she was an artist and intuitive, her path was already filled with color and creativity.

Receiving her formal education at the duCret School of Art, she dove into many worlds unexplored. Influenced by many great instructors, Meg set out on yet another journey. She dedicated thousands of hours studying, painting and exploring her journey of her creativity while continuing to develop her own unique technique. Hey style gracefully weaves her love of nature, emotion, geometries, lost languages and symbolism into her imagery. Each piece unique and individual. 

A journey and a blessing. After a whirlwind of changes she knew there was a different path for her and she was right. She began her exploration into her Creative Survival. After surviving a stroke in her 30s she set out on another journey. This one being even more radical then the others.The exploration of her true self. This is where Serenity Meg truly emerges!  She spent many years trying to find what was there all along. Her serenity. And she did just that by altering her entire life, packed her bags and moved into living a truly authentic life as Serenity Meg. 

Now, between journeys she teaches, explores, shares inspiration and show her creative pieces. Her studio view overlooks the mountains that have inspired her for most of her life. She considers herself blessed, not for only surviving a stroke and sickness, but for tapping into her Creative Survival and having her awakenings while being surrounded by great a community that encourages empowerment, creativity, individuality and inspiration.
